User and security management

In Sage 300, you manage user access and security in Administrative Services.

These settings control who can access Sage 300, what the user can access, as well as what the user can do.

Administrators can create and manage user profiles, assign roles and permissions, and control access to various modules and functions within the Sage 300 system.

1. Users
   Create user accounts within Sage 300.
2. Security Groups
   Create groups of users and specify permissions for each group.
3. User authorisation
   Assign users to security group.
