Windows 7 End of Support
Microsoft has announced that it will be ending support for Windows 7 from 14 January 2020, and will no longer provide:
- Technical support for any issues
- Software updates
- Security updates or fixes

Sage 300 Compatibility
With the release of Sage 300 2020, Sage will no longer be testing Sage 300 for compatibility with Windows 7.
Import and Export of data
You will also not be able to import or export data in the following formats:
- Access databases older than 2007
- Excel 5.0
- dBase 5.0
Sage 300cloud Web Screens
Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.
Sage will continue to support Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11 for previous versions of Sage 300 until January 2020.
